Attendance Policy
Reservations for Laguna Board of Realtors-sponsored courses that require payment will not be processed until payment is received. All members are encouraged to register for LBOR-sponsored classes and special events through the My Account feature. The importance of online registration is four-fold:
1. Detailed information about course instructors is provided online. Not all classes held at the LBOR location--you may be required to register though another provider. In this case, My Account will give you that individual's or company's contact information to accomplish this.
2. The most current class information is available only online. If a course is sold out, you'll see it listed as "full." Or, if it is cancelled, you will be notified electronically.
3. Registering online is the easiest way to pay for classes and will ensure you have a confirmed spot or you would like to register on the weekend!
4. Our No-Show Policy applies to most classes. When you register online, you are presented with a notice that failure to cancel within a specified time-frame will incur a $10 penalty. Online registration allows us to plan ahead for adequate seating and order materials for you, if needed. Remember, when you are a "no-show" you may be preventing another member from attending a desired class.
If you must cancel or reschedule your reservation (and you've already paid for the class), a refund may be issued if notification is received by email or in writing prior to the start of the class. Please contact us via email: info@lbrealtors.com or fax cancellations to (949) 376-9744.
Laguna Board of Realtors reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any course. If cancellation occurs, LBOR will issue a full refund. In the case that a course is rescheduled, LBOR will send you immediate notification and transfer your reservation (including payments) to the new date. If the new date does not work for your schedule, you will be issued a full refund.
